ForeGolf will be temporarily closed for custom fit appointments from 5pm Wed 21 October 2020 in line with Government Guidelines.
This temporary closure does not affect our WorkShop, which is in full production. If you have clubs on order, do not worry ! If you wish to order something from a previous custom fit Get in touch

We are hugely disappointed to cancel appointments booked during this time. We know it’s the right thing to do, but as a small business it breaks our hearts to see a diary full of names suddenly disappear. Once we reschedule those who were cancelled, we will re-open the online booking. WorkShop is unaffected by this change, orders can be placed and built on schedule.

COVID-19 Safety Policy (when we re-open)
When restrictions have lifted, we intend to return with our extensive safety precautions to create a low risk, controlled environment for our customers and staff by following Government HSE and HSA advice.
3 Main Rules
- We have a Closed Door Policy (no entry without an appointment).
- If you have a cold or ANY symptoms of COVID-19 stay safe at home.
- Physical distancing, good respiratory and hand hygiene is everything.
Check-in 15 mins before your custom fit appointment.
You must wear a face covering in the Reception area.
Press the bell on the sign at the front door.
Park at your own personal carpark space (look for your name) right outside our building. Ring bell and use hand sanitizer while you wait and one of the ForeGolf team will come out to you.
Please note, only one person can be in the ClubRoom, any companion will have to stay in the car. You can remove your face covering once inside the ClubRoom, this room opens outside to the driving range.
We would ask that you wash your hands (or use hand sanitizer) when you arrive. We have installed plexiglass guards for your protection. Hand sanitiser, tissues and bins are available. All Staff have face coverings, their temperature is checked each day and have completed full training in accordance with our Safety Plan.
This room opens outside to driving range with plenty of fresh air. Inside the ClubRoom, there is a marked zone to help you maintain a safe distance from the Fitter. You may remove your face covering during your fitting, but you should stay in your zone at all times and let the Fitter bring the clubs to you. He will safeguard the physical distance protocol. There are 15 minute intervals between appointments to allow for thorough clean down of the equipment and building. Hand sanitizer and tissues are provided in this location.
After each custom fit all clubs will be sprayed with disinfectant. As part of our Safety Plan, we will sanitise the credit card machine, door handles, reception area and toilets at regular intervals.
Orders & Collection
22 Oct – 1 Dec 2020
We would ask that all custom orders be paid in full and shipped by UPS where possible. If shipping is not possible, please ask about our new collection procedure (must be pre-arranged time slot and pre-paid). There is no access inside the building.
Earlier in the year we moved The WorkShop, Don and Christine to a different location. Don will continue to build clubs, uninterrupted from any external factors.
This service is for ForeGolf customers only. Please be aware as of 20 Oct 2020 this service has been suspended. If you wish you may send a request for a future repair (repair, regrips etc)
With regret, we can’t accommodate guests in Reception or in the ClubRoom, nor can we offer tea or coffee before your custom fit. At this time, access to Killeen Castle Clubhouse is not possible.
Like many businesses these days, occasionally, we can experience slight delays on component orders and deliveries. These are beyond our control and are due to other companies operational safety measures. Despite these challenges, we are working to have your clubs for the dated listed by your Fitter (at time of order). Regrettably, we are not able to meet special date requests and appreciate your patience.
