Actions we are taking to keep you & our small team safe
This room opens outside to driving range with plenty of fresh air, there is no need to wear a mask during your fitting. There are intervals between appointments to allow for thorough clean down of the equipment. Staff members might wear masks based on their personal circumstances.
If you feel ill or display any COVID-19 symptoms, you should definitely call us to re-schedule your appointment. If you can’t make it for any other reason, please give us as much notice as possible.
To help keep our diary full, we will call to confirm your appointment, please answer this call (or text) to confirm. Although we have a Cancellation list, we would appreciate as much notice as possible, so we have the chance to offer it to someone else.
We have Ultraviolet Upper-Air units in reception and offices, they are recognised and recommended by the CDC, WHO, and ASHRAE as effective solutions for the mitigation of airborne pathogen transmission. After each custom fit, all clubs will be sprayed with disinfectant.
There is hand sanitiser available when you arrive. Some Staff have made a decision to wear a mask to protect family members at home. If you are in a similar situation, please feel free to wear one in Reception inside the building.
Shipping & Collection
The majority of customers opt to get their new clubs shipped by UPS. We’re a small team, so there are limited times we can facilitate a collection based on the daily custom fitting schedule. If you need to collect your clubs, we will send you a link to book a time slot.
This repair (re-shafts etc) service is strictly for ForeGolf customers only (ie for clubs built in our WorkShop).
There is of course, access to the ladies and gents facilities to customers. We would ask that you check in 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
Like many businesses these days, we can experience slight delays on component orders and deliveries occasionally, these are beyond our control. Despite these challenges, we are working to have your clubs built for the dated listed by your Fitter (at time of order). Regrettably, we are not able to meet special date requests and appreciate your patience.
The Remote WorkShop
Just in case you didn’t know, The WorkShop, Don and Christine moved to a different location, so Don can build clubs, uninterrupted from any external factors.
