ForeGolf Grip Station

Putting on grips might sound straight forward but in true ForeGolf style we’ve turned it into an art-form. Straight grips means square club-heads and square faces means straight shots.

We had our gripping station specially built in Japan and its entirely pneumatically operated with two foot pedals. One pedal controls the air clamp to hold the club securely in place and the other pedal forces grip solvent into the grip to make it easy to slide on. The square lines on the footplate and the red see through paddle over the top of the grip makes sure every grip goes on perfectly straight, every time. All this extra effort means there’s one less thing wrong and our golfers keep hitting fairways and greens, another ForeGolf result.

We work mostly with Golf Pride Grips, who claim to have more major wins than any other grip company. More than 80% of Tour professionals choose to play with Golf Pride grips and not one is paid to do so

  • The Tour Velvet, a rubber blend for maximum comfort is the most popular standard grip. Available in black
  • The Multicompound, a mixture of rubber and cord for all weather control. Available in white/black, red/black and blue/black.

As it’s the only contact you will have with the club, the grip must be the right texture and size. If your grips feel hard and are cracked in any way or if you can see wear marks in the rubber, then it’s time to change them.

Remember, your clubs will feel and play like a new set with new grips. There are many different sizes of grips to suit your hand size. Do you know what size grip you should be playing?  ForeGolf can help.
